Work Arrangements for the Week of January 18, 2021

The University is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation. For the coming week of January 18, 2021, Departments/units are asked to continue to implement appropriate rostering arrangements for their staff, while ensuring that their normal services, including operating hours, could be maintained in general. Individual Departments/units may review and make necessary adjustments in light of the resumption of academic and other activities with the start of the second semester.

For colleagues working on campus, Departments/units should continue to exercise flexibility in work arrangements such as by adopting flexi-hours and staggered lunch breaks as far as practicable. Colleagues are reminded to maintain social distancing and personal and environmental hygiene at all times to prevent the spread of the virus.

The University will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and make the necessary adjustments. Please check with the COVID-19 INFO HUB on the University Main Page for services update, and continue to stay vigilant and make personal and group health your top priority.
