Updates on HKU Vaccine Pass and Campus Access

Message from Task Force on Infectious Diseases

Dear colleagues and students

Updates on HKU Vaccine Pass and Campus Access

I’m writing with some updates on the HKU Vaccine Pass and campus access arrangements.

HKU Vaccine Pass

Stage Two will commence on 30 April 2022, when anyone wishing to enter HKU campus will need to have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccination for at least 14 days.

To align with the government’s Vaccine Pass, the commencement date for Stage Three has been advanced to 31 May 2022, when the third dose of COVID-19 vaccine is required for those over 18 years of age who have taken the second dose for more than six months.

For details of the HKU Vaccine Pass and requirements on recovered persons previously infected with COVID-19, please click here.

Campus Access

From 1 April, on top of the five major entrances to the HKU main campus, MTR Exit C will be open as well. Please refer to this updated map for details.

Further information about the HKU Vaccine Pass and related FAQs is available from the HKU COVID-19 Info Hub.

Please do continue to stay vigilant, and always make personal and group health your top priority.
