Work Arrangements for the Week of February 22

In view of the latest development of the COVID-19 situation, the University will resume normal work arrangement from February 22, 2021.

Departments/units are encouraged to return to normal staffing arrangements where possible.  With a view to maintaining appropriate social distance on campus and in public transport, flexible working hours and staggered lunch breaks may continue to be adopted given services are not affected.  Appropriate infection control measures will continue to be implemented.

Special arrangements will be made for certain campus facilities, such as museums and swimming pools, in light of the COVID-19 situation.  Please refer to the separate announcements made.

The University will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and make necessary adjustments.  Please check with the COVID-19 INFO HUB on the University Main Page for services update and continue to stay vigilant.   You should seek prompt medical advice and get tested if you develop any symptoms, and always make personal and group health your top priority.
